This is labeled as a women's size 9, but it's a very slim-fitting dress. At our house, a child wore it for a recital when they were around 140-150cm tall. I've paired it with a fur bolero. The floral part has some glittery shimmer. It doesn't really feel like a dress, so I think it would be fine as a regular dress as well.
