The Laposta uchiwa (fan) is brand new, unused, and unopened. The Tokyo Dome uchiwa was used for taking photos, etc., during the Tokyo Dome concert. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but there may be some overlooked, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. Cardboard reinforcement on one side + waterproofing.
