The quick-release female side of the grip is press-fit to be flush, considering the appearance when inserted into the key cylinder. The groove processing is done by machine using a milling machine (see photo 3 for processing reference). The groove width, groove length, and groove depth are almost the same dimensions as Snap-on's. The processing is clamped with a three-jaw chuck, so the perpendicularity is accurate. The quick-release hole is processed using a dedicated jig because the center does not come out with a three-jaw chuck or vise. The quick-release attachment is press-fit. The key tightening set screw is M5 x 10. Total length (without release) is approximately 58mm, outer diameter is approximately 32mm, and weight is 46g (with release). Although it is new, there may be chucking claw marks or small scratches when removing the bit. The positional relationship between the key groove, the outer shape, and the KTC mark may differ from the photos because the position of the bit stopper is different for each item.
