There are minor scratches, but they are not noticeable and it's relatively clean. I don't quite remember the size, but I think it was size 13. The material is Fine Steel, which is less likely to cause metal allergies. This design is no longer sold. There is a diamond (probably) in the center, and there are triangular patterns around the diamond. The entire ring has an S-like pattern all over it. I will wrap it in cushioning material and send it.
