The color is a beige leaning towards brown. The material is suitable for year-round wear, I think. I love outdoor activities and caps, and I bought this one with high hopes, but the shape doesn't really suit me. I've only worn it a few times and it's been sitting around, so I'm putting it up for sale. The size is adjustable, and I think it can be worn by both men and women, so I hope to pass it on to someone who likes it.
