Both are labeled 12-18 months. I think they would be a perfect fit for children who are 80-90cm tall. As you can see in photos 5 and 6, there is some pilling on the hem. Also, the padding isn't thick, but the boys in Hokkaido never said they were cold. The padding feels a little bunched up from washing, but I think it might have been like this originally.
