I've made a shoulder bag with a gusset using African print fabric.
The purple and pink dotted swirl pattern is eye-catching!
A4 size items can fit both vertically and horizontally.
When not in use, you can fold it into thirds lengthwise, roll it up, and easily secure it with the attached elastic band sewn inside.
It's convenient to have one in your bag as a sub-bag, providing peace of mind for unexpected shopping trips.
How about using it as a sub-bag for lessons or work?
The gusset is made with a French seam, so it's less likely to fray even after washing.

Each item is carefully handmade, so there may be slight dimensional errors or sewing distortions. Also, I try to take photos that are as close to the actual colors as possible, but please understand that the colors may differ slightly between the actual product and the photos.
I've washed the fabric several times to remove excess dye, but there is still a possibility of color transfer if it gets wet, so please wash it separately from other items.
