Since it's a single, I don't think it originally came with lyrics. The plastic case has some light scratches. There are almost no noticeable scratches, and the disc surface looks clean. It will be shipped via Yu-Mail (no delivery on weekends and holidays). It will be placed in a waterproof vinyl bag, protected with bubble wrap, and shipped in an envelope.
