This is an Evisu Jeans sukajan (souvenir jacket)! It's a striking item with a vintage-like red and blue color scheme and piping design. I purchased it through the secondary market, and I've never seen another one like it. I remember being highly complimented when I wore it to a store. According to Evisu staff, it's a piece from around 2015. There are some stains. I'm not desperate to sell it, so I will decline significant price reductions.
