This is an aftermarket product imported from overseas. It is not a water slide decal. It appears to be made of vinyl and UV-treated. Carefully peel off the white backing sheet and transfer the decal. Then, gently press the transparent protective sheet onto the decal to adhere it. Please refer to YouTube or other sources for detailed instructions on how to apply decals. We do not provide instructions on protective coating applications. The size is indicated in the image. (Please refrain from asking "What is the size?" without viewing all the images.)
