It's made of polyester and has a smooth feel. It's white but not very see-through, and it has pockets. The elastic in the back of the waist and hem makes it comfortable to wear. I've worn it a few times, so it's a used item. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details. I will fold it up small for shipping.
