By applying the super charme processing, a process of carefully brushing the fabric over time, to both sides, we bring out the original luster, texture, and drape of the Gillon material. The reversible tailoring is done by opening a single double-faced fabric and then hand-sewing it together. Because machines cannot be used, it takes a lot of time and effort, and the number of skilled craftsmen who can sew it is decreasing year by year, making it a rare tailoring technique. Therefore, the ultimate soft comfort that can only be achieved with double-faced tailoring is created. The double-faced coat, which is all hand-sewn, uses a sewing method called "connecting sewing/reversible sewing" where skilled craftsmen sew each piece by hand, minimizing the use of lining and auxiliary materials, and the light tailoring that maximizes the fluffy texture of the beaver is its greatest charm.
