Thank you for viewing. This is a campaign poster from JR East's "Doki Doki Tokyo '96" campaign, launched in 1996 to promote travel to Tokyo. The character is Pandamon, designed by illustrator Yuji Hasegawa. My father, who worked for the former Japanese National Railways, obtained this in some way, and it has been stored at home.
