I think it's cotton. It has a slight stretch. It feels a little rougher than 100% cotton. I received this 4-5 years ago. The previous owner said they used it as a scarf or stole. It's unknown when or where the previous owner purchased it, or whether it was new or used. I washed it immediately after receiving it (using a detergent for delicate items and the hand wash mode). I don't remember if the color faded during washing. After that, I stored it in a cardboard box for several years without using it. One edge is cut roughly. Threads are coming out from that part. The opposite edge is sewn (the previous owner said they sewed it). The other two edges have threads that are evenly coming out. There are stains on the flower parts. (I could confirm two spots, photos 18 and 19). Those parts are generally dirty (photo 20). I don't know if the stains can be removed by washing. I apologize. There are scratches and some areas with what look like pills. There may be other oversights. I am an amateur in measuring and inspecting. Please understand.
