These are custom-made for Japanese customers at a Moroccan atelier with whom we have a direct contract, so the quality is far superior to those purchased at souvenir shops. Babouches use genuine leather (sheepskin) and are tanned using traditional methods. These babouches are made to minimize odor and are part of the odorless series, but individual perceptions vary, so those who are sensitive to smells should refrain from purchasing. However, the leather smell will diminish with use, so please rest assured. The color may appear different from the actual product depending on your monitor.
