The black skirt has three chiffon frills running vertically on the front and back. Instead of being sewn on top of the black fabric, the black fabric and chiffon fabric are sewn together alternately. It's a bit heavy because it uses a lot of fabric, but I think the frills will dance well when you spin. The ends of the frills are designed to slightly extend beyond the hem of the skirt.
