This was very useful back then for adjusting the length of skirts, both uniforms and casual wear. I don't think they're sold in stores anymore. It stretches well with elastic, so it can be used by people of various body types. I think it can probably be used by people with a waist size of around 85 cm. I took the photos on a new rug I bought for the shoot, but the rug sheds easily. I'm being careful during inspection, but there may be some fibers attached. Please rest assured that they are not pet hairs. Please check my profile before purchasing.
