I purchased this new about a year and a half ago for video shooting, but I've only used it about 5 times, so it's in very clean condition overall. The lens has been stored in a dehumidified environment. There are no visible scratches, mold, or clouding on either the front or rear elements. Operation is also flawless, with both power zoom and AF functioning normally. There is a single spot indentation (see photo). It hasn't been dropped, so it's likely caused by contact with other equipment inside the dehumidified storage. I attached a HAKUBA XC-PRO protector (72mm) immediately after purchase, so the lens surface is also in good condition. I will include the protector as it is.
