Unlike the 4x4 plates included with commonly sold bindings, this plate supports both EST and 4x4 boards with a single disc. Also, unlike the 4x4 plates included with bindings, it allows for fine adjustments to the stance width. It's designed to compensate for the shortcomings of Reflex bindings, which lack fine-tuning capabilities. The screw backing card is not included.
