These are boots from KISSA, a brand by the late designer Kisa Takada. Kisa-san previously designed shoes for Comme des Garçons. The KISSA brand no longer exists, but there is a brand called KISSA SPORT, so I have selected that brand category. These shoes were purchased at Isetan at the time. They are no longer sold and are unavailable. I haven't had them repaired, so there are some stains here and there. Please refer to the photos. However, I haven't worn them many times, so the soles are in beautiful condition. They are as clean as new. Regarding the stains on the laces, I would appreciate it if you could have them repaired yourself. The laces are thin, blue, and glittery, making these boots very stylish. These boots are no longer available, so you could even say they are one-of-a-kind.
