This is a baby carrier/stroller winter cape. I only used it occasionally, so there are no noticeable stains or frays. It can be attached to baby carriers, strollers, and car seats with clips. It has a pocket on the front. The foot area has buttons to keep it neat. It's very cute with the bear ear hood on. Perfect for the upcoming cold season. I don't have any pets or smokers in my home.
