I purchased this about 10 years ago and have used it every year. I stored it properly after each use, so there is no noticeable hydrolysis on the flysheet or main body. However, the seam tape is starting to peel. Also, there are some scratches and dirt on the mesh part of the main entrance. I don't think it's enough for insects to get in. Therefore, if you plan to use it in the rain, you may want to consider replacing the seam tape (I used it recently in light rain, so it may not be a big problem). Pegs are not included.
