This is a navy dress purchased from Belle Maison. I carried it with me when my child went to preschool in case it got dirty, but I never used it. It has a navy ribbon at the waist. I think it's a more subdued navy color than in the photos. I think it's a beautiful item, but please consider that it is a used item that has been stored at home.
