My mother received this from the Japanese ambassador to Bhutan as a commemorative item for attending a party celebrating the King of Bhutan's visit to Japan. However, there is no certificate of authenticity. I have not used the item as is in the photo, nor have I removed any stamps. I don't know its value, so I'm setting a high price, but I'm open to negotiation in the comments.
