KISCO Flat Shoes These flat shoes have a modern feel, with black suede detailing on the heel and the square-cut toe. The opening is made of elastic, so the slight rippling on the sides is part of the design (see photos 2 and 3). This is not due to wear and tear. I believe they are in good condition. They are labeled as size 39, which I believe corresponds to 24.5 cm, but because the opening is made of elastic that stretches and contracts (see photo 5), in my personal opinion, they feel like they would fit a size 23.5-24 cm. Please understand that these are pre-owned items stored at home before purchasing.
