I purchased this three years ago to alleviate pain when sitting after childbirth. I only used it when I was in pain, and haven't used it since, so it's clean. There's a part of the surface where the faux leather texture has changed slightly (see photo 3), but it doesn't affect use. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items, as this has been stored at home and inspected by an amateur. Thank you for looking.
