This is a Gear Chronicle deck from the V Standard era of Cardfight!! Vanguard. Regarding the card count, there is 1 FV, 2 Memenne, 3 Metallicas, and all others are at 4 copies. I retired shortly after creating the deck when it was first released, so I never used it in a match. Therefore, I believe the cards are in good condition. The deck is double-sleeved, with the first sleeve being "Heart-Burning Ranunculus, Ahsha" and the second sleeve being "Over Guard Zjr." Both sleeves are new, so they are also in good condition.
