Brand new, unused. The outer bag shows some signs of aging, but I believe the product itself has no noticeable scratches or stains. I have kept it stored without taking it out of the bag. I think it's still a usable item, but since I am a private seller, there may be oversights. Please understand this before purchasing. I am also selling other Sanrio products.
