I bought these a few years ago and used them for about a month while walking. The weight is 2 pounds (907 grams) per dumbbell. I measured them in photos 6 and 7, so please refer to those. I will also clean them with alcohol before shipping, just to be safe. Please check the size in photos 8 and 9. Walking with dumbbells, I believe, originated overseas, so you'll find many of these dumbbells if you search in English (photo 10). Also, while it's a bit difficult to find replacement weight plates or the screw covers for removing weight plates in Japan, you can purchase them from overseas using services like Sekaimon (photos 11 and 12).
