⭕️ This is the highest quality dashi kombu (kelp) from Minamikayabe, Hakodate: Ma-kombu. Please use it for delicious dashi stock and kombu-jime (kelp-cured) dishes. ⭕️ The 45cm long kombu is folded. The sides of the kombu are cut off, and only the thickest part in the middle is used for the product. ⭕️ 100g per bag - 3 bags total.
