This is a Yamato Scale. It was used for measuring flour in a bakery for 25 years. When a 500-gram weight is placed on it, it indicates 500 grams. It has two 1-kilogram weights and one 2-kilogram weight, allowing for measurements up to 5 kilograms. It seems to still be usable, but the slider is stiff.
