This is a thinning shear made by Tracks Scissors. It cost around 110,000 yen. It's for left-handed users and is very easy to use for texture adjustment with a low thinning rate. It's almost a custom order, and it's a limited-edition Southpaw thinning shear, making it a rare model. I bought it about two years ago, but I haven't used it much, so I think it's in good condition.
