This is a disposable poncho. It's very thin and light, so it's a good idea to keep one in your bag or on your bike. It's much thinner than the ones sold at 100-yen shops, and you can only use it once, but it weighs about as much as a single ballpoint pen, so it's good to carry one for emergencies.
