The inside of the tubing has been cleaned and mold and dirt have been washed away, so you can play it immediately upon arrival. This was manufactured in 1964. At the time, the No. 3 had pitch adjustment on the 3rd slide, positioning it as a professional model, but in 1964, the craftsmen put even more effort into making this one, a masterpiece! That's why it's a 3 O, not a 4. It has a 1st slide reverse with a finger hook, which isn't even on the Imperial, allowing for pitch correction, and a separate water key tube. It also uses valve guides in the piston system and springs that are compatible with current models, making it a full-spec professional model. It was only manufactured for one year in '64, making it a very rare trumpet, and it was later inherited and derived into the Imperial and YTR632. Although it's vintage, it's a practical instrument! It's easy to handle, It has a good sound, and it's a versatile trumpet that can be used in any genre! There are no pitch discrepancies, and it has a thick sound that sounds great.
