There are some areas where the finish is peeling. It may also be dull. There are stains on the inner fabric when the zipper is opened. There are no cracks on the handles or shoulder strap. There are two small white spots on the side of the shoulder strap. The shoulder strap is removable, so it can be used as a 2-way handbag. The shoulder strap is adjustable in 5 stages. I used it as a shoulder bag, but when I actually used it, I noticed that when I walked with it diagonally across my body, there was a small squeaking sound from the metal parts, which I could only hear, and it bothered me.
