This is a repurposed dress/tunic made from a Hon-Mawata Yuki-Tsumugi kimono. The Tsumugi kimono was in beautiful, pristine condition with the original stitching still intact. The red flowers stand out against the chic pattern, creating a lovely design. The kimono was unpicked, washed, and then sewn into this piece. It can be worn in all seasons. In winter, pair it with warm inner pants. In spring and autumn, pair it with thin inner pants. In summer, wear it alone with pants. Features side slits and two pockets. The lining of the kimono (silk) is used as a design accent. Pants, innerwear, and accessories are not included. There are scraps of Hon-Mawata Yuki-Tsumugi fabric available; please comment if you would like them, and they will be sent together.
