The lunch bag is aluminum-coated, making it great for both cold and hot items. Approximately 25 x 15.5 cm. The bottom is approximately 17.5 x 10 cm. The mug was a Lawson giveaway and is not for sale. Approximately 7.5 x 10.8 cm. Both are new and unused, but there is some deterioration due to age. I will likely ship the mug inside the lunch bag.
