This is a set of fluorescent highlighters for sale. The yellow highlighter, the first one, doesn't dispense ink from the fine tip. The broad tip also has some black marks on the tip. The third and fourth highlighters are in very good condition. The Mildliners are noticeably dirty, but I think they can still be used. Please refer to the images.
