Authentic! This is a Heisei-era retro Tako Tako Ya memo pad from Kamio Japan! This is a mini memo pad, palm-sized. The cover is probably a sticker. It's mostly unused and in good condition, but please understand that this is based on personal perception, and it's a product from over 20 years ago. The surface film of the backing card has faded. Also, there is some writing on the top of the memo pad backing card.
