This is a belt buckle made by Campagnolo. It appears to be a commemorative item with a serial number. It is engraved with "DELUXE LIMITED EDITION". It was used with a leather belt, so there are marks on the back where the leather belt made contact. The pin that hooks into the belt hole is broken, and it is no longer usable. I tried to repair it, but gave up and have been storing it. Please understand that this is a non-functional belt buckle before purchasing.
