This was purchased from someone else. I used it for a Kosuke Kuzuha "Mokusei" (lack of individuality) cosplay. It's likely handmade by the previous seller. The silver hem? part is slightly coming off, but I think it won't be noticeable if you use fabric glue or something similar. I have used it about 2-3 times.
