One of the non-slip rubber pads is missing (see photo 10). The sun visor is missing one of its plastic frame supports (but this doesn't affect use). There are no noticeable stains or dirt overall. Any dirt is only noticeable upon close inspection. This is a fully functional child seat. We clean it more thoroughly than a recycling shop, so you can use it right away.
