There are no noticeable stains on the outer fabric, and it is in a clean condition. The care label at the neck is peeling off slightly (see photo 4). Originally, it's a sticker with weak adhesive so it can be peeled off easily, but if you want to wear it with the label attached, you can use double-sided tape or similar to adhere it. The back side is a light beige color, so there is some wear and tear (see photo 6), but it's not noticeable when worn.
