The wooden shaft is handmade and attached to a modified commercially available drafting mechanical pencil. The lead diameter can also be changed to 0.3mm, 0.7mm, or 0.9mm. Material: Olive wood Beautiful white wood with a unique, strong wavy grain. This pattern, only seen in olive wood, provides a very beautiful finish. Approximate shaft thickness: Minimum diameter: 10mm (where fingers touch) Maximum diameter: 12mm The part where the fingers touch is shaped to be narrower, carefully crafted for easy gripping and to prevent hand fatigue. The tip is a metal die-cast product for drafting pencils. The body is lightweight, but the weight of the tip creates a low center of gravity, which, combined with the finger fit, provides a very light and fatigue-free writing experience. The finish involves 8 stages of polishing and is coated with a penetrating inorganic glass coating. The glass coating protects the wood from dirt and moisture, providing a long-lasting effect. It has a very strong waterproof and stain-resistant effect, and because it is penetrating and doesn't create a film on the surface, after complete drying, the natural feel of the wood remains without being compromised, and you can also enjoy the scent of the wood. While preserving the goodness of the wood, with proper use, it can be used for a long time with no maintenance. *Since the inside of the shaft is not coated, please do not submerge the inside in water.
