I purchased this used to cut large drawing paper. Everything in the photos is included, and there were no original box or instructions. It's a made-in-Japan paper cutter. It was very useful. As a beginner, I had no particular problems or issues cutting postcards and illustrations. I am selling it because I am replacing it.
