It is ECWCS LEVEL4. It's extremely rare and rarely appears on the market in a Large/Long size, and probably no one else is selling it. The length is long, making it very easy to use. Regular length is short, so I personally prefer the Long length. The hood can be stored in the collar. It's similar to Patagonia's general line Houdini jacket, and can be stored in the chest pocket for packability.
