Used for night work during camping. I used rechargeable AAA batteries, and I didn't feel any particular decrease in brightness; it worked normally. I don't remember the exact purchase date, but I think it was about 10 years ago. There are some minor scratches as shown in the photos, and the plastic part of the base has discoloration. The original strap had low durability and stretched out quickly, so I replaced it with a silicone strap. Compared to the original strap, it might feel a little strange when worn directly on your forehead, but it should grip well on helmets or hats and be less likely to slip. Selling because I am retiring from camping.
