Calling, talking, and video are all OK. It has zoom function and visibility function. The master unit's mounting bracket is included. It is used, but has been inspected and cleaned. The call sound, conversation sound, and brightness are adjusted with the side dial. If connecting directly to a 100V power supply from the wall, please ask a qualified electrician or electrical contractor to install it.
