Color: Black This is a very popular black swimsuit dress from Billabong! I bought it in Australia. I have a swimsuit dress of the same shape, and it makes your figure look good because it's cinched at the waist. It comes with separate shoulder straps. There are thin pads in the chest area. The size is listed as XS, but it's an XS that's closer to a Japanese size S (this is the smallest size). Unused, with tags, and has not been tried on.
