It's 21.5 cm. I'm selling these because my child has outgrown them. There are small scratches on the inside and outside from my child wearing them. I've uploaded photos of the areas of concern, but if you have any other questions, please ask in the comments and I'll add more photos! There isn't much damage to the heels or toes. The laces are a bit dirty, so you can either wash them at home or replace them with your favorite ones, which would make the shoes look much cleaner overall. They have odor-resistant soles. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned, as these shoes have been worn by a child and are not new. I am not currently considering lowering the price.
